We provide monthly financial planning consultation services through a subscription model. Our services include personalized consultations, financial planning discussions, and ongoing support to help you make informed financial decisions.
Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Payment Terms
Our financial planning subscription is billed monthly at £250 per month, inclusive of VAT. Payment is due in advance and will be automatically charged to your selected payment method.
Refunds are available within 7 days of payment, subject to our refund policy terms. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall jaluntheravi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless jaluntheravi from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made against us due to your breach of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly and efficiently through the following mechanisms:
Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, conducted in London, England.

For EU consumers, disputes may also be submitted through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms shall survive termination.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and jaluntheravi regarding the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
